Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before renewal day. Once renewed, all subscription fees are non-refundable. If you receive a shipment with missing or defective product we will gladly replace it, just contact us to let us know. Though you may cancel a prepaid subscription any time, all remaining boxes in your prepaid term are non-refundable and will be shipped. In the unlikely event that your order is missing items, or an item arrives damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly replace or refund the missing or damaged items. For returns for any other reason please contact us.
